Orders take up to 5 business days to be handmade, processed, and packaged before shipment.

Canada Domestic Shipping

All Canadian orders receive free Expedited Parcel shipping via Canada Post.

USA Shipping

All USA orders receive free shipping with USPS

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary on the country and weight of the product, these rates will be calculated at the checkout page.

Free international shipping over $250.

Please keep in mind that for international deliveries, there may be duties and taxes on your shipment that you will be responsible for. We do not have any control over these fees as they vary by country. Please contact local border services for more info.

Orders to United States under $800 value will not be charged any duty or import fees.

Package Lost/Stolen

LUXE Reworked is not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. In the rare case this happens, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance and file a missing package claim. We will do our very best to assist you in filing the case.

Wrong Address or Forgot Unit Number

If your order has not been fulfilled, we will work with you to correct the address. Please double check your address. If your package is returned to us due to wrong address or missing unit number, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the package to the correct address.

How long do I have to return an item?
